The SGH Concepts office in Omaha, Nebraska, is a striking example of modern commercial design, featuring a wide range of Kawneer’s architectural aluminum systems. The building prominently incorporates Kawneer’s 1600 SS Curtain Wall System in both 6″ and 7-1/2″ depths, delivering a clean aesthetic with enhanced thermal performance and design flexibility. Complementing this is the 1620 Curtain Wall System featuring a 2″ x 6″ profile to provide support and visual continuity across the facade.
To further elevate the building’s energy efficiency and architectural appeal, Kawneer’s Versoleil® SunShade Outrigger System was integrated into the design, offering effective solar control while adding dimensional interest to the exterior. At the ground level, the project features Kawneer’s Trifab® VersaGlaze® 450 and 451 Framing Systems, which provide durable, high-performance framing. All systems are finished in a Clear Anodized coating, contributing to a sleek, professional appearance and long-term durability.
Together, these Kawneer products support SGH Concepts’ vision for a high-performing, visually compelling workspace that reflects their commitment to innovation and quality in building envelope solutions.
