A key contributor to the success of several Kia projects has been Broken Glass, Inc., which played a vital role as the glazing contractor by providing expert glazing services and hands-on support throughout the construction process. Their team worked in close collaboration with Kawneer and the general contractor to ensure the precise installation of glass systems, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional aspects of each space.
Broken Glass Inc. was fully responsible for the glazing scope, from selecting and installing Kawneer systems to overseeing all frame and glass specifications. Their attention to detail, responsiveness to site conditions and commitment to quality were instrumental in maintaining project timelines and delivering a finished product that met Kia’s standards. The team worked directly with Kawneer throughout the entire process, ensuring seamless integration of Kawneer products from start to finish.
Joseph Nicholas Construction served as the general contractor and played an important role in managing the broader scope of the project.
