Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
The purpose of The Clay Studio is to strengthen the connection between people and the art of clay with its high-quality programs and exhibitions. The Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based studio helps bring students, artists and the public together with its many classrooms, studios and galleries that serve to inspire curiosity and discovery in its community.
The Clay Studio was founded in 1974 and continues in the belief that shared creativity is a force for good. The studio’s new South Kensington building reflects this mission by supporting the artists, students and teachers in its community by bringing people together with the craft of clay.
