The 213,500-square-foot, LEED Silver®-certified Genesis 250 Arsenal building stands as a beacon of innovation in Watertown’s East End area. Designed to foster growth among life science companies, the four-story building stands as a hub for cutting-edge research. The structure’s design—a thoughtful collaboration between SGA architects and Watertown city officials—provides a collaborative research space that reflects the needs of the community and surrounding environment.
The project features Kawneer’s 1600UT System™1 Curtain Wall, OptiQ® AA®5450 Series Windows, Trifab® VersaGlaze® 451 and 601UT Framing Systems, 350 Standard Entrances and Insulpour® Thermal Entrances.
